Ginny (Virginia) Vail, Secretary

Ginny is a retired telecommunications manager. She had a 32-year career with Pacific Bell where her many assignments included switching equipment and computer maintenance, project management, technical writing, course development, and teaching.

After retiring, she went back to college and, in 1998, received a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Following that, she worked as a volunteer for the Drug Policy Alliance for 9 years. There, she created and maintained a variety of databases.

Ginny and her husband Gary have been married since 1973. She has eight stepchildren, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Her greatest interests are family, travel, sightseeing, photography, and photo and video editing.

Ginny has no musical background whatsoever. She and her husband live in San Francisco. They are fans of the Golden Gate Park Band and simply wants to help support it.
